All the samples that you could buy online would likely be here in store, even if they are out of stock. That's really good for comparing. We ordered online, but think it would have been better to just come into the store since the samples are small. Our sample of Potomac Point Maple was lighter than the larger section of store flooring but we still liked it the most. Raoul at the Altamonte Springs. Fl. store was great! Very helpful and a great and knowledgeable employee. I'm not sure if he is the Manager or not, but he should be. He goes the extra mile for sure. Last year I bought almost 2 pallets of high quality Luxury Vinyl plank and had it delivered....almost 1900 square ft. Raoul helped with that order, and a year later he still remembered me. I have dealt with LL Flooring twice and both times I had a good experience. I used them initially for the flooring in my condo and now 17 months later I needed additional flooring for my sunroom, which I ordered with no problems.

I love going to this store to choose and order flooring. I'm on my 4th project using them. Great with responding via email or phone calls too. So far I've done the kitchen. Basement rec area, one bathroom. And working on the second bathroom.
