Juan and his team at LL Flooring went above and beyond to help me locate some discontinued flooring to complete my project. Juan gathered flooring from other locations so I could make 1 stop in Kennewick to pick up what I needed. The floor turned out better than we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Juan and Samantha at LL Flooring in Kennewick, WA. I will make the drive from Spokane anytime I need more flooring.
I checked several store/brand options and found L&L my best choice. I ordered in Washington with delivery in Michigan without a hitch. Staff in both locations were excellent.
So thankful we were able to acquire more of the flooring after several years and the staff were awesome locating the flooring from another store, it arrived quickly.
LL Flooring's reps were very good. They had a good sense of humor. A rep told us about having at least one additional box to make sure in case we had any waste. And if we had any boxes that had any damage, we could bring them back and they would replace them
