Pleasant staff and great prices.
We have MorningStar XD engineered bamboo flooring that was installed in 2019 (5 years ago) and it is regularly delaminating throughout our house. We have taken excellent care of our flooring and loved the look until it began to deteriorate. In addition to the poor product, Lumber Liquidators has been sneaky in their warranty. The flooring was installed just before we moved in, and that the warranty is void because we are not the original purchaser despite having a 50 yr warranty on the flooring. After wandering around the big box stores and their internet sites I went to LL Flooring in Fort Collins. They had what I was looking for in a nice showroom with great service. Easy ordering and payment, took my flooring home that day. Highly recommended.
I have used Lumber Liquidators for several previous projects and have always been happy. I went into the Fort Collins store for help with an order and they were extremely helpful!!
