I called in today to confirm if the store accepts checks. Not a personal preference, but I’m working with a HELOC loan. A man named Scott answered the phone became extremely bothered by my question. He made it clear that by me writing a check he will then in turn have to go to the bank to deposit it, again he was not happy with giving me that response. Place has always done right by me, I send everyone here for flooring. If you don't go here, you must hate quality, saving money, and good customer service. The staff at the leominster location have helped me grow as an installer and helped me grow my business even though I am a small business owner.
The service was great, very helpful. I new what I wanted and I told the sales guy and was in and out quickly. Job is done and material was outstanding, no problems!
