I was nervous because my wife and I walked in 5 minutes before closing time. I was so relieved when Skyla gave us a warm welcome, and she and Don were so helpful in helping us make a selection. They had a great selection of luxury vinyl plank flooring and good budget options for a rental property. The checkout was quick and friendly. We could have picked up the flooring that day, and they were flexible with other pick up and delivery times.
Didn't have a big variety of flooring which I was kind of surprised they had a lot but a lot of it was all the same pattern.
We have purchased flooring from LL flooring prior and loved it. We have an addition that we really loved and wanted the previous flooring we had purchased. Scylla from the Mesa, AZ store new exactly the flooring we were talking about and was able to find us our flooring on the east coast. Amazing customer service, we received a follow up call from her with delivery information the very next morning.
