Not honest about the installation process. We had a huge project that we trusted with LL Flooring and their subcontractor. We had to pay the full amount for materials and labor (tens of thousands of dollars) prior to an installation date even being scheduled. That’s not standard with contractors, but we agreed to it because LL promised that our contractor would not be paid until we signed completion paperwork stating that everything had been finished.
