Inventory was disappointing. It has small sample sizes so you can't really tell what the product would look like any more than you could looking online
Experience was great until we attempted a warranty/improper installation claim. This is where self leveler was used to level a dip in the floor. This happened approximately 1.5 years after installation. When I contacted the customer service they came out and did an analysis. The inspector came on a day when it was pouring rain and measured the relative humidity in the house to be 72% (2% above normal). However, the relative humidity of the floor itself and the surrounding cabinets were only 10%-11%, well within normal range.... read more
