I had wooden floor molding that connect the wooden floor to tile floor that was broken and needed replacement piece. I couldn't find the same strip molding in Home Depot and stumbled upon Google with LL Flooring. I walked in with a broken piece of wood and Tony and Andrew helped me to find the closest replacement piece and were really helpful. The staff (especially Tony) is friendly, attentive, highly-knowledgeable, respectful, doesn't pressure-sell you - rather, provides options on how best to tackle home projects. He showed us around the showroom, providing examples of the right flooring for us. He was patient with our questions and provided helpful suggestions. His customer service is topnotch and needs to be duplicated!
