The people were great. Ordered the flooring we had our own contractor to install the flooring. The reason why I give it only one star is that we needed stair nose and they had to order it. We were told that we would get it before our contractor had finished installing the floor. But now it has been almost a month of waiting each time we call they say it will be next week to be delivered. They are not following what they say. Our contractor had to leave part of our floor undone. They keep putting us off.
