I bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of hardwood flooring from them BECAUSE they said it was in stock. They lied. After they took my money they said it was now 4 plus weeks away. They will not deliver the floor, they won't refund my money out cancel the order. No it was not a special order material. They lied to me. Selling someone something while knowing you cannot deliver the product is fraud.
The Glen Burnie store has been one of the most disappointing experiences as a customer. One of their store associates there (Alicia) is both uninformed about the company's products/options and unwilling to ask/help. I placed an order for stair treads in December which turned out to be impossible to fill because the manufacturer did not have the wood to make the treads (which is frustrating, but ok and not the store's fault, although I could have done without the attitude I got the one time I called to ask about the treads' w... read more
