Recently placed a phone order and had it set to pick up in store. The staff was very helpful and eager to help out. Awesome service.
Love the flooring! But used the square footage calculator and had 25 extra boxes. Then when I went to return 3000.00 worth of merchandise the clerk couldn't give me any type of receipt for my return. It left a uneasy feeling to return all that with no proof.
