Shoddy workmanship and lack of accountability I had a highly frustrating experience with L&L Door and Window. During installation, they cut off the bottom of a window frame, which voided my manufacturer’s warranty. The window is also poorly installed, sloping outward from top to bottom with a gap exceeding 1/4” at the bottom, yet they insist it fits properly.
