I have been on two wellness retreats that Lori has helped host. These retreats have literally been life changing. I've learned so many tools to help with anxiety and depression, met some fantastic people and had so much fun. I CANNOT say enough good things!
My experience with Lori was amazing. I was able to release traumas and transmute to a beautiful human. The retreat was experiencial, mind blowing, and let’s talk about the yoga moments; they were a new way to release traumatic pain and feel liberated. I tried Acro Yoga and Lori was the instructor to trust the process.. I recommend LL Counseling and Wellness in the states and in countries you won’t even imagine meeting them in. Thank you for your energy and making me feel sacred in my own shell.
