The treatment was really great. I got taken care of by a really nice Korean nurse, and she was super detailed about what would happen and gave me a custom plan for my Botox injection! The whole process was smooth, and I really liked how quick and professional it was.
我这次体验真的很失望。买了一个水光套（黑盒+白瓷），前台在结算时竟然算错了三次价格，一直让我多付钱，还好我自己又核算了一遍才避免被多收。 更让人不安心的是，打针的时候护士没有在我面前开盒确认，而是背着我操作，这一点真的让人很不放心。 另外，前台一开始说会送一盒面膜，但等我离开时换了另一个前台却表示不清楚，还让我下次再说。可是我刚做完水光，正是最需要面膜修复的时候，这种处理方式真的很不专业。 整体体验感非常差，不仅流程混乱，也缺乏基本的透明度和服务意识。
前台和医生都非常有耐心和专业，环境干净舒适
