The entire team at LK's in Bremerton is wonderful, but Joe especially went above and beyond to help me in my time of need! I can honestly say that these people, at this Repair shop have absolutely THEE BEST customer service !!!!! I was coming home from work and my wee car was in trouble. Went to this business and , even 'tho they were getting ready to close, they worked so hard to get the hose I need ..and they did !! They worked on my car, got it running , and I can't express how much "stress" is lifted off me. Rick and Keith are just amazing....and I will go to them with any other future problems.
