After purchasing a part and purchasing a $200 warranty and having the part fail in less than 1500 miles is unsatisfactory. Then I receive an email stating that they will only be communicating with the shop that did the work. The next day I receive an email (not the shop) stating the warranty is void. But, they can sell me another part with another (useless) warranty. All lkq wants is their money. Then they are done with the customer. Update!
