We had our transmission replaced by Hyundai that was purchased from LKQ, The transmission failed literally a couple of weeks after the warranty with less than half the miles on it as well. There is zero willingness to help. Would never purchase anything from them again and definitely wouldn't trust anything they rebuild or refurbish.
