Well, I have always bought in this store and I always get many parts at a good price, but this store has something very, very bad that they need to fix what is the customer service I have three days, trying to communicate with them and they never answer me they always send me to voicemail because they don’t answer

They did me dirty. Ordered a driveshaft on Monday. Was told to plan on Thursday. Said they would call when ready. Didn't hear from them. Went in on Friday after trying to call 8 times with no answer. Was told at the counter that the order was accidentally canceled then reordered changing the date. Nobody called me about the change. I needed the part to go somewhere over the weekend and now I've wasted time and weekend plans are blown up. Thanks lkq

Bought a strut that was broken the first time, had to reorder it. They ordered me another one which turned out to be the wrong part, didn't match the previous or what the manufacture told me it should be. wouldn't refund me the full amount because its fright lol. Why is it my fault you ordered and delivered the wrong part. Don't ever pay beforehand. Always wait to pay them after inspecting the part.

You have a truck driver that drives in Brigham City on Medoland Dr. pretty much every morning, who speeds SO fast down a residential road that has no sidewalks and a plethora of very small children living there. Not even sure what your company does, but I know the name of it solely because of your extremely unsafe driver.
