Beware, if you pay cash… returns are sent via a check in the mail. And the used parts aren’t guaranteed to be the color you see online. What the heck??? This place is insane. I walked out wondering if this is real life at this place? Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I tried to use the used falsely advertised color part that I sent a courier to get from 90 miles away, as credit towards an aftermarket new part and they said “ it’s a separate system and they can’t do that either” what is this place doing still open?
Went on the LKQ website and found the parts I am looking for on a donor vehicle that is local. However, I was unable to purchase the part directly and it said to call in. I called in and waited on the phone for more than an hour before giving up. Next am going to try to go down to your facility in SLC, but this is quite frustrating. I went to the contact us page to register my frustration and the "anti-robot" challenge doesn't work so I was unable to send the message.
Crazy to me how little these guys can care about customer service. LKQ is a great resource for parts… if you can get ahold of them. Come on guys, can’t sell parts if you don’t answer the phone!
The fact that you cannot get ahold of anyone by phone after calling repeatedly for 3 days straight calls for a 1 star rating. Had to drive to the store to ask a simple question. Crazy. Hire more people to answer the phones! Funny just how many reviews say the same thing and the response is always "so concerning, call us directly so we can make this right" but they dont actually do anything to fix the problem. Go literally anywhere else.
