Was told told I could pick up a part over the phone, then when I got there was told that was not true
Needed assistance with parts before purchase to confirm everything I needed was there. Doors are locked with a phone number on the door. Over the course of an hour on the phone, I sat in their parking lot while they passed me to 6 different people, none of which would assist me. Meanwhile, employees were aware I was there, as they were watching me through the window and fence. Ordered a motor for a Toyota Corolla they answered the phone. I placed the order they gave me a time when it would be here it came a day early! Motors in the car running excellent, very satisfied
Understaffed, always on hold, parts shipped are wrong, takes several attempts to get correct parts... terribble... gets worse with every order
