Watched an LKQ truck (truck #89) sideswipe a car in Akron and drive off. They didn’t stop. Damaged the car.
Not easy to buy from. Somewhat difficult to pick the parts up. The parts were correct and as advertised.
If you go here to pick up a part don’t bother calling the number on the door. Just go around the gate and through the shop door. I learned that the hard way after sitting on hold for 30 mins and being transferred several times. Also, according to their website, the rim I ordered was perfect condition 0 defects. But upon inspection it had quite a few scuffs. It would have been nice to at least see a picture before paying $400 for it. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this business really rubbed me the wrong way.
