Staff on the phone need to either quit or show common respect to a customer. Very rude by hanging up several times or asking irrelevant questions. If you don't want to sell me the part you have listed by making it a difficult interaction, remove the part from your listing. Why even answer the phone if you act like the customer disrupted your day?
