Worst place to order parts from
The Whitby/Toronto East branch has great staff that are a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately some of the other branches they order from, like Hamilton, are extremely unreliable, failing to ship on time, going several days without any explanation of delays, and without any updates on if/when the part will be shipped, making it frustrating & difficult to do business.
Really big and if you are looking for body parts for your ride...call these guys...great prices and quality parts too!!!
Snarky worker over the phone. Didn’t enjoy his attitude too much. When I said i’ll have to call him back I was hung up on immediately. Way to lose a first time caller.
