I strongly advise caution when considering doing business with LKQ. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Although they advertise parts as being under warranty and in good condition, my attempts to resolve issues have been met with poor customer service and a lack of accountability. After receiving an incorrect part, I’ve spent over two weeks attempting to initiate a return, only to encounter repeated delays, unhelpful responses, and unprofessional behavior.
