1st big problem. Cashier ripped me off for personal gain! I Was getting many parts and had no basket or anything to carry them all and when I got up to the window to pay he charged me $74 and change. He could see I was back*ng problems juggling all these parts and all my other tools ! So when I got home and looked at my receipt it was only a $34 receipt so that means he kept 40 bucks for himself! Omg there is an admission to this local place, more than local museum or library. It's like we pay their tax from this admission. Then the price also higher than other junk yard. The receptionist guy talk rude, he didn,t answer any bargain question from us, talking back smart mouth to you with out see you and run away from you and chatting to other employee . Good luck everyone if u ask bargain, they can pick up halloween face to you.
They make you play to get in even if there is no parts not right
I called and got a quote for an old car. Set an appointment for 11:30 for them to pick it up, they never called or showed up. I called again, was told to wait until 3:30 because they were "low on drivers". Called back at 3:30, I was told that all they could do was reschedule. We set the appointment for 12:30 the next day, and the woman told me to call and ask for a manager if I hadn't been called by noon. Next day at noon, no call. Good selection, too bad you cant take anything home with you. First time i went, i was stopped on my way to the exit with parts in hand and was being falsely accused of 'braking windshields'. They confiscated all my parts and my 3 hours i spent there picking out parts was a huge waste of my time. I will not be returning, much rather pay more for parts online then to spend hours of my valuable time and end up with nothing. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. Decent place lots to choose from, then accused of smashing windows from someone who wanted a part that I got and was forced to leave and was unable to purchase the parts I already had picked.
All the vehicles to choose from that I had available looked as though they'd been in a wreck with a comet. The prices are high, they literally offer or permit zero help from their employees or infrastructure, and are crazy about restrictions and "legislation"... Save your mind, save your time, save your wallet, go to PullAPart in Columbia instead.
LKQ has the best deals. Check their web site make sure the car is there. The part may have already been taken. That is part of first come first serve. LKQ saved my A$$ more then once. Where i can feed my kids and afford the part need.
They had a large variety of cars including the part from the one I needed. I had already been to 12 other salvage yards. Excellent! And the price was very reasonable.
