Make sure your parts are marked or you’ll get beat out your money, even showing receipts or being seen on camera to make your purchase is still not enough evidence!! If I had the money for brand new part I would have done so to not put up with the aggravation!! This is how we’re treated!!

Never gave me a done for a good running car. Said they were mailing me a check for $450 and never sent a dime. Said they were going to for 3 months and lied. Won't let you talk to anyone. Strait robbed me.

At least they provide a lot inventory on the web. Unfortunately, when I called for pricing on a part not listed in their parts price list, the quote I got was the same as I can get the part shipped to my front door from elsewhere (more if you count gas plus the admission fee). So much for saving money by pulling your own parts! It doesn't help that you have to pony up the non-refundable admission fee and drive all the way to their place just to find out the desired part isn't even on the car they have listed on the website i... read more
Classic car parts I wouldn't bother here for. If you want to save some dinero on rims though there are Hundreds of cars just waiting to donate you a part. Environmental fees get added on at window.

7 yrs later and they NEVER reported my vehicle ( which I signed over the title to ) to the DMV or anyone else as salvage. Causing me huge financial problems now regarding my disability payments. When I called them about this, they said they report all vehicles but do not keep records back that far. I will be reporting them...
These guys are honest, professional, and helpful! the best salvage yard in tampa bay area. the management seems to know what they are doing with the employee training because these guys are just awesome.
