Uneducated staff at the window. I tried to teach them about what certain parts were based on the prices posted online. They became argumentative when I tried to help them. Other than the low quality staff at the window, it’s not a terrible place.
Worse place can't even speak to a local person your being made to speak to someone who can hardly speak English
This place is hilarious. Staff is rude as hell but most importantly, I drove over an hour to get there before 4:30pm, which google states that's their business hours. In the past they told me that they stop accepting customers at 4:30 and everyone has to be out the yard by 5pm (That's how other PYP location operates as well, so I thought). The guy at the window states we are closed now. Mind you that the gates are very much still open. I arrived ten minutes before they close, and he stated that they close early now.
