I used to go to your Jessup location all the time and also Baltimore, and yeah they do charge you without you knowing or asking that damn warranty on each individual piece you buy I think that's wrong and they should at least ask you if you want it or not that's just a gimmick
I’ve been in automotive my entire life nearly, 25 years professionally. I can’t recall a worse experience with a parts supplier. Absolute disaster and it took over an hour of dealing with the useless front end staff to get the wrong part, got a part that wasn’t correct but fit eventually and had to nearly call the police to get it out of the store.
