bad experience. drove an hour to get there because website said they had a part available, get there and half the car is gone. no number to call ahead of time to avoid wasting your time. I would just stay away. if they have the part it’s probably a good place to go but you’ll never actually know if the part is there unless you take the time to go up there and pay their entry fee. customer service is ass also. guy at the desk was acting as if they’re better than the customer and that the customers need them more than they nee... read more

Prices on the website mean nothing, the person at the counter will charge you the highest price they can find. I was charged for a rear axle housing when I had pulled a rear differential from an import. A difference in price of over $100 dollars
Assistant manager was very rude charged me 100 dollars more than the other yard and said it’s because of hidden fees. Would not let me get a word in to explain anything just wanted it her way or no way. Please get new staff this yard has went down the past few years been coming same place for 15 years and never had this one of experience I will do what I can not to come back. It’s not worth pulling your own parts if they gonna charge you like a normal junk yard!!
