Charged me hundreds of dollars too much. Checked with 2 other mechanics,thats what they told me.Told me he has a allot of expenses,but I don't want to pay for it all. He deserves a profit, but no where near that much.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Transfered between locations and am told for an entire day that I'll be receiving email confirmation (picture) of the correct part and 3 inquiries have gone unfulfilled. The parts advisor for the heavy truck department is a TOOL and just likes to talk over you instead of being a professional. Well, it took longer to get it delivered than we thought. But, in the end they took care of us and the parts are all good no problems every-time.
I would give them less than one star if I could. Monday, ordered a rear end for a chevy s10, paid $400 for the part and delivery was to be on Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon, driver showed up and tried to charge payment although it had to be paid upon ordering the part-so it was. Once he realized that his paperwork showed that payment was received, he went to pull part off of his truck and DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT ON THERE! He forgot to load it. Three times they quote me a price I order part, part never shows up, When I call back to ask why my part was not delivered they either don't have part or price has changed because part was in bad condition when they got it and they have to order a different one. As a shop owner I do not have time for this kind of foolishness. Do you?
Lqk where great they got me the part I needed at a very fair price, explain to me the condition it was in and they where very helpful and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
I ordered a transfer case for my 2007 Chevy. Was told it was a 3-4 day shipping time. I've had to call repeatedly to be advised on the process. My salesman did not call me. Today is day 7, I finally get a call to say my shipment was on a truck that broke down. It was transferred to another truck. It finally made it to its destination only to find out it was tagged incorrectly. Now I'm told it will be another 3-4 days before I receive my part.
