LKQ is fast and reliable. This guy Gavin there is my favorite vendor to call. No matter how bad of a day you're having you will hang up with a smile after talking to that man. We use them daily for OE used and OE aftermarket parts. A++++ if I could put 6 stars I would.
My sales guy Darren Linton sold me a bad engine and when we tried to return it he simply ignord us. When months later he finally tried to take care of the problem, he sent us a 2nd bad engine. Plus we paid for shipping 4 times costing us over 2200 dollars. The useless engine over 7800. Never again!! Now he just will not pick up!!
They sell you parts with a 1 year warranty, yet 2 weeks later, deny the warranty claim. Not the first time this has happened, but I promise it will not happen again, this company has gone downhill so badly in the past few years, management needs to be looked at and/or replaced.
Needed a steering box and power steering pump...gear box actually developed a crack and all the fluid drained out while 30 miles away from home and fluid drained so quickly I couldn't even keep putting fluid in it to keep the pump from burning up. Rocky's in Mingo Ohio and Zattas in Wellsburg WV was a total RIP OFF on the steering box wanting average of 85.00 with a 30 day return policy when I could go to autozone and get a rebuilt one for 120.00 and lifetime warranty! Make sure any part you buy from LKQ is NOT BENT! I paid over $1,000.00 for a rearend that we found out 7 months and 3 sets of tires later that the rearend is bent, they refuse to replace the rearend so now we have to buy another one for another $1,000 from a different company. they said our warranty was out, but we didn't know it was bent until June 2018 after getting an alignment because we were going thru rear tires like crazy only to find out it was bent by 2 different mechanic shops. Never gives my husband nothing for christmas been there 11 years we depend on that for our kids for christmas very uncaring company
Not trustworthy, said product was made in USA, when the product came the box said made in China. I had to pay Expensive dyno testing to prove the product did not work. I had to pay shipping costs too and from. Bad experience from the start. OEM product is better. For a KW with CAT engine.
Easy to deal with. I would highly suggest them if your looking for a truck. They are a honest dealer.
Tony Pasharikoff seems educated, quick and had a resolution ready. I can NOT say anything different from M&K or Adelmans. He just makes you feel like a friend. He is a manger and still takes care of me for injectors and turbos. I think he is great and his service is 2nd to none.
