We purchased a motor from LKQ Albert Lea that had a crack on the bottom of the oil pan. Not a huge deal but not expected. Once the LKQ motor was installed in the vehicle and raised on the hoist we discovered the crack. I took a look at the location the motor sat in the shop a few days before install and found the floor covered with oil the same size spot as the pallet the motor came in. Nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. After numerous calls, I finally got someone to answer. Unfortunately, customer service isn't their strong suit. Very rude person answering the phone. Hard to give a good review at this point.
Saved me big money!! Dealership was charging me $1,200.00 Got same part for $81.78. ... Brake booster was the part I got. Installed and good to go now... Thanks LKQ!!
