I don’t know how they do as far as what the company does, but I do know that they don’t hire the smartest drivers. My experience with the LKQ trucks/ drivers is not a pleasurable one, if they’re not cutting you off, they’re trying to race you to merge. I was honked at, the lights were flashed at me. Honestly I felt like I was driving next to a toddler. He kept trying to yell out the window but buddy insisted one racing me to a one lane while going 35 the whole last mile. I was just trying to get to work not race a box truck.... read more

Was waiting outside for an hour just to be told my part was being shipped when I clearly said pickup!! on the phone. I got cought with the train on my way there and on my way out so approximately 3 hours waiting and an hour because no one was answering the customer pickup phone. (I was there at 11am on a Friday)
