Absolutely terrible customer service
Great parts for cheap prices
I found this business looking for a replacement engine for my 2010 Escape. They had what I needed, and their price was better than the other places I looked . They had a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty on a used engine.
Do NOT use LKQ! Don’t make the same mistake that almost everyone in the rest of the reviews made. I’d give them half a star but that’s not an option. The level of incompetence is the only thing they excel at. I ordered a part and specifically ensured with a rep that this is the exact part and she assured me that I got the right part and we even confirmed the part number, I asked more questions just to make sure it’s the right one and they still sent me a completely different part.
