Very bad phone system, keeps dropping calls and can't get ahold of anybody there.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a part it was on the shelf but somehow I couldn’t pick it up as someone canceled my order and never refunded me my money. Very un professional and waste of my time. Also try getting someone on the phone line without them hanging up on you right away.
Transmission I purchased had a crack hidden behind the torque converter. Easy to miss. RMA process was a bit difficult as I had to use a system that isn't well explained in how to use it. However the local will call was excellent. Helped quickly and got me on my way fast.

This company just keeps getting worse, they changed to a new system and apparently don’t do delivery to the same places the have been delivering unless you send new paperwork. Past 3 weeks I ordered parts for two cars, first ordered, parts got canceled because they got broken. Ordered a different part and apparently bumper got lost in transit(never got notified till I called a week later to ask where my part was) third ordered has been over 3 weeks and still have not received it.
