Vanessa Amaya went above and beyond to help me locate a specific part for my client. She was willing to take the time to sift through who knows how many parts to find a very specific color I needed and was communicative, accommodating and kind. This is the kind of service that keeps a customer coming back.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone and if they do, they will hang up immediately. Called eight times back to back to ask for a part I saw online and they still don’t pick up. I’m glad these guys are not Emergency service Operators, stay at LKQ.
