Will never order from them again. Was told my part would be here Wednesday. Husband called Wednesday and he was told Friday. Just went down to pick it up and was told now it won’t be here until next Tuesday! Now even longer that I am without a car. Thanks LKQ 😡
They had exactly the part I needed for my ‘17 Prius Prime. The price was fair, the transaction was easy and shipping happened in a reasonable time. Can’t ask for anything more than that!
I purchased an alternator over the phone and stated give us two hours till pick up. Drove from Boise and was told they don't have man power to do so and I can try again tomorrow. Such a waste of time and poor communication.
Good experience, great prices
