Horrible customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour and called 5 times today trying to quote out a transmission. I buy a lot here for commercial purposes and its the same every time I call. Rude people and you just keep getting put on hold over and over. They have never came back once after putting me on hold. Absolute trash service.

I never do this, but thought this could be helpful. No one answers the phone, the calls randomly drop (whether intentionally from the employee or some system error) every single time, and the employees are always annoyed that I'm calling. That said, I haven't been able to speak to an employee for more than 1-2 minutes before the call drops, so maybe they eventually warm up to you ;) I wouldn't waste your time here and would look elsewhere.

Worst Company Ever!! Customer service is horrible. You call, the phone rings 20 times and hangs up on you. Call back, happens again. Call back a third time and it either hangs up or if you're lucky a sales rep picks up but doesn't acknowledge you, simply puts you on a blind hold. I've been on hold for up to 12 minutes before I gave up and just hung up the phone. I have a $619.00 part on order. I called Friday after no receiving it. Was asked to hold. After seventeen minutes, was hung up on. Tried redialing. Two minutes of solid ringing, then hung up on. I spent some of the seventeen minutes reading reviews. Lots of really terrible reviews, which seemed, unfortunately, to ring true (pun intended). Lousy customer service.
