They have very bad customer service, I went in to pick some seats and Dan the front desk guy there was so rude and difficult to talk to. He also didn’t even offer to help put the seats in the back of my truck until I said I needed help pushing the out and loading them into my truck.Mind you am a 5ft girl how do you think I would be able to put them in my truck
No one answers the phone, it just hangs up. How can you have a business if you don't answer your phone? To your reply: Its nice to know that the owner shows concern about the business. You guys seriously need to improve your SoP and website, and do business with integrity... I don't know who's the bigger rat, the one who ate through the fuse box enclosure I'm trying to replace, or the sales rep I called today. For the listing itself, the part is already plucked out, so it's not like they have to go and disassemble it, so it should only take an hour, 2 tops to retrieve.
