They had exactly the part I needed for my ‘17 Prius Prime. The price was fair, the transaction was easy and shipping happened in a reasonable time. Can’t ask for anything more than that!
I purchased an alternator over the phone and stated give us two hours till pick up. Drove from Boise and was told they don't have man power to do so and I can try again tomorrow. Such a waste of time and poor communication.
