I wish I could give negative stars. I own a business and have purchased multiple engines from LKQ. Their product quality has completely tanked. I'm now on two engines that have had a lifter noise immediately upon install. LKQ insists on unnecessary diag, that they refuse to pay for, and give a ridiculous amount of pushback when asked to replace defective parts. When you finally do get them to agree to allow defective parts to be replaced, they only pay $50/hr labor, which isn't enough to pay a tech to do the job. I will neve... read more
I have everything good to say about this place LKQ. I bought a motor for my car. It came from a different state. It only took a week for it to get in. Had my mechanics slap it in my car motor has been running great ever cents everybody that works there was nice on the phone and even when I got there in person also got part that I was told I needed when I got to the transmission place for my transmission. They said I did not need that part. I took part back and they said I can have my money back With no problems no questions ... read more
