Horrible service u get left in hold for several minutes uo 30 minutes then they just pick the phone and hang it up ..usually a verry rude lady over the phone seems like she hates her job and just talks to u disrespectful they need better receptionist and more polite ...will be reporting to BBB
The people that work at LKQ are fantastic always friendly and pleasant to deal with good atmosphere.
