My experience with this company was abysmal. I witnessed their delivery driver having a melt down, pulling up beside vehicles, both hands out window fingering traffic. Yelling extreme and inappropriate language that could be heard through closed windows. I called attempting to speak management multiple times to report their mentally unstable, dangerous employee and they ignored my requests for a call back or to speak to management, repeatedly. Good
Terrible customer service, I can call and leave voicemails and send emails and have to wait days for a response or need to call back the next day to try and talk to someone. The quality check on parts is terrible. Got two bad engines in a row. I will never use this company again because of their poor quality of service and poor quality control.
Hit a concrete barrier yesterday in the morning and I was devastated about it. Christa was able to get me a new fender and bumper for a great price! (Cheaper than the used ones off other sites) and they are brand new! Thanks Christa!
