Terrible customer service, I can call and leave voicemails and send emails and have to wait days for a response or need to call back the next day to try and talk to someone. The quality check on parts is terrible. Got two bad engines in a row. I will never use this company again because of their poor quality of service and poor quality control.
Hit a concrete barrier yesterday in the morning and I was devastated about it. Christa was able to get me a new fender and bumper for a great price! (Cheaper than the used ones off other sites) and they are brand new! Thanks Christa!
ISAAC is exceptional ! very easy to deal with, hes my #1 used parts guy for our busy shop! always gets me the best uses transmission, t-cases and everything we need! i ONLY deal with him
