I am not normally someone who writes reviews but this has to be the single handed worst customer experience I have ever had. I started by trying to find a center console for my truck and called to confirm that a location was pick and pull before making the 2 hour drive to which the person over the phone told me it was. Upon arrival I was told the location was not and I had to order the part. After I ordered the part and drove home I received a call later that day saying the part was not available. LKQ: now driven by corporate greed and inability to do their job. Didn't send me a statement for 3 months, shut off my account without any notice, and then allowed me to order BUT refused to give me the parts because I was $91 "past-due" even though they acknowledged it was their fault that I didn't get my statements and the payment was "late." What a horribly unprofessional way to handle business with a customer who has been buying from you for almost 30 years.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. We bought a car part from this place gave them the vin number and everything they needed to give us the correct car part that we needed, and they still couldn’t get us the right part. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and it doesn’t seem like they really know what they are doing there. They are no help to customers even when they are at fault.
