Sent the wrong part and for 2 hours to finally answer the phone still didn’t get the right part
LKQ used to be a decent company, but not any more We bought an engine from them and purchasing experience was horrible The first engine they tried to sell us had 140 Kmi, but after we checked the vin through car fax the engine had more then 400 kmi (it had a rolled back mileage) The second engine had nice mileage and vin number was clean, but the delivery was 2 days late, and also they charged us sales tax, even though we have resale number on file with them, and we have bought parts from them before.
