We have used them for years at our business. Today our technician was K, and he was phenomenal. Went above and beyond. Incredibly pleasant and took care of all our concerns. Highly recommend (especially K).

You may want to have a word with your 'mechanic' that was working (driving) on highway 29 n in Concord today around 3:40 p.m. When I gave my left signal to merge to the right lane, there was plenty of room. I had already committed to merging as he accelerated at a maniacal speed especially carrying what appeared to be an expensive piece of equipment in the back of the truck with the tail gate down. 6 weeks after signing a contract for commercial maintenance service, I received a form letter via email that they would no longer be able to service my business. This happened to occur while we were in the process of having multiple AC units down in 90+ degree heat. A technician had been out to diagnose the problem, but there has been silence from the company for a week since then. We've since had another company come out and fix the problem (same day, no less), but I'd avoid these guys at all costs!
Drivers may need a road safety course after what I saw in Concord this morning. Can’t do stuff like that in a company car
