Horrible reflection of value in a refinance situation. Pegged items to be repaired that my entire refi was based to address. Now I'm out my appraisal money, time, and lost my opportunity to refinance to a lower rate. The woman who came to my home was short, snobby, and did not discuss too much with us the entire 10 minutes she was at our residence. Hopefully someone else does not have the same experience.
If I can give them zero stars, I would.They was paid to do a job within law. This Appraisal said the repairs was done. Which I truly don't know why he passed this repairs. This was not by law, FHA would not approve this home without repairs being done. Never hired this company they are rude... The lender and the seller has no contact so how he knew to approve this home for what lenders wanted. I hired a inspection why my inspector was not sent back out..
