Horrible service on both hands and customer service. I got my gel-x nails done on Monday may 18 on Thursday may 21 two nails lifted and I called but they said they were closing and the next day I was leaving early morning to Laughlin so I put glue to try to fix it. Friday may 22 my nail on my middle finger fell off and on Saturday may 23 my middle finger on my left hand chipped and I lost the nail on my pinky finger. 1st time there, I was recommended by a friend. I was immediately seated at a pedicure station. Idk if the lady was in a hurry but she cut, filed, & massaged my feet within 10 minutes. The reason I go to get a pedicure is for a massage of at Least 2 minutes! Idk if the polish was old but it looked chunky & I made a face when I saw my toes. HORRIBLE! I just got off work, I was too tired to argue. Good thing I have the same color at home, I'm gonna fix it myself. I can't believe I still tipped.
This was my first time here and I felt welcomed right away! The environment was very nice and chill, which made the whole experience relaxing. They were quick to serve me and honored my appointment time exactly as scheduled over the phone. The price was very affordable at just $40. This is honestly the best nail place I’ve been to. Thank you guys I will definitely be returning soon!
Lihn and her husband Kevin are fantastic! The mani and pedi they do are superb! I strongly and highly recommend this place!
