I went in earlier today for a full set and a French tip. The lady was rude. Didn’t talk to me was very hard on my nails not delicate at all my nails bled. My cuticles We’re so swollen in red and they hurt so bad they still are hurting. She filed down my nails so much to where it feels like if I press on it it’s just gonna break off. I spent 45. I've been to this location 3 times. The owner is too much. She is very moody towards people. She was down right rude on my last visit. It was so bad that another customer pointed it out. She rushes and doesn't clean up her work. I got gel polish and she didn't clean up the edges on my cuticles and now they are lifting. The lady who did my toes and the man who does nails are nice and do good work but the owner makes me not want to come back.

If I could give no stars I would. Didn’t cure my gel polish all the way. It bubbled and lifted and got gel polish on my clothes. I called and she wouldn’t fix it. It was 3 days later. When I called in to tell her she hung up the phone.
