I went in to see if they could resize my ring. I didn’t buy it there and it also isn’t real gold. A man helped me. He was very friendly at first, looked at me, smiled and everything was fine. When he looked at the ring and realized that it wasn’t real gold he told me that a ring like mine can’t be resized. At this point he wouldn’t look me in eye.
