My experience with Sarah was amazing! She made sure to educate me on everything I needed to know to understand WHY certain changes could support my health. And since starting the changes I've seen my healing accelerate. I'll also say, the body work was incredible. I wasn't sure about the benefits of getting adjustments before, but now I can't believe I'd waited this long. Sarah made me feel heard and cared for throughout the entire process.
