I’ve sent many friends and family Laura’s way for tax service even my own before I became disabled. I’ve called for four hours today to speak with her to answer some questions regarding my sons taxes and the customer service in that office was pathetic. I was treated rude. I was very upset and it was very frustrating that Laura refused to speak with me until I mentioned writing a review. But I’m still waiting for a phone call. I will not be back or send anyone there. I’ve had a good experience with Michael cutting my son’s hair in the past. Today I took my father to get a hair cut. Micheal was very rude to him. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what. He didn’t even say hello to him. After the awkward and silent cut, my dad asked for a senior discount ( he is 63). Michael was still having that rude attitude, decided to question my dad if he was a senior or not. What a bad experience! I was excited to find a new barber for the family. Won’t be going back.
