I’ve sent many friends and family Laura’s way for tax service even my own before I became disabled. I’ve called for four hours today to speak with her to answer some questions regarding my sons taxes and the customer service in that office was pathetic. I was treated rude. I was very upset and it was very frustrating that Laura refused to speak with me until I mentioned writing a review. But I’m still waiting for a phone call. I will not be back or send anyone there.
