Good communication on the leadup from getting the quote to organising the day and time, arrived exactly when said he would - friendly and professional service in every aspect. Would definetly call again for future air con cleans and any maintenance issues
This is a late review - service was recieved December 2024. Attempting to arrange a/c in the middle of a hot summer after moving into a new property, I was losing hope until I got a quick call back from George at LJM Air who gave up close to 30 mins of their time on the phone just to run me through all my options - they went as far as detailing the walls of my apartment online wihout even inspecting - I was blown away. George and his team are wonderful. Our aircon install was scheduled in quickly and done very well. He was also easy to communicate with and very respectful. I will not hesitate to use their services again and will recommend them to family and friends.
The work completed by George and LJM Projects is of high quality. George is professional, reliable and an expert in air conditioning for commercial premises.
George came out to quote a job for us of two split air con systems, and managed to make it out to us very quickly, despite it being the busiest (and hottest) time off the year. He explained all the available systems and brands, discussed the pros and cons, differences in pricing and gave us advice on the size and function of each, and why he recommended the units he was adding to the quote.
