My first investment with the worst developer. Their lawyer doesn't answer any emails. The lawyer only provided an interim occupancy checklist document 5 days before. There is not enough time to process and understand the checklist. It's like a one-way contract. LJM Development changed condo price by saying square footage is increasing after construction but fails to provide drawing showing where the increase square footage is. Went for my PDI at LJM tower Hamilton today, on my arrival there, I was greeted by Sabrina who walked me through my unit and explained me everything in detailed, she also made a point for the smalls job needed in the Unit, she was well prepared and professionally handled my visit for the PDI today, happy to see her today!!
