The entire experience of buying a unit in the new LJM Tower on Barton Street East, Hamilton has been so disappointing. I hugely regret buying my unit back in fall of 2019. I got my keys on July 7, 2025. Their lawyer is horrendous, as my lawyer had incredible difficulty getting any response from them. My first investment with the worst developer. Their lawyer doesn't answer any emails. The lawyer only provided an interim occupancy checklist document 5 days before. There is not enough time to process and understand the checklist. It's like a one-way contract. LJM Development changed condo price by saying square footage is increasing after construction but fails to provide drawing showing where the increase square footage is.
