We wholeheartedly recommend LJ to anyone who is looking for a realtor! LJ strikes the perfect balance between being incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and honest. It is evident that LJ truly cares about her clients and works to find the home that best suits them. After providing LJ with our want/wish list and seeing several houses in a couple of towns, LJ suggested a town we hadn’t previously considered, and it ended up being the perfect town for our family. LJ always took the time to answer our many questions clearly and suppo... read more

LJ helped me when I relocated my family from the West Coast. As an out of town buyer, I needed clear communication, consistent follow through and attention to details— I got all that and more with LJ, whose local insight led her to ask the right questions early on. The house hunting process was efficient, the negotiating effective, and LJ stayed on top of every detail, shepherding the transaction through close. I could not be happier. I highly recommend LJ.

We are beyond pleased and impressed with LJ. She has handled several transactions for us, and although this was just a rental transaction, she went above and beyond to make sure that it was show-ready at all times and that all details, no matter how small, were handled. LJ will always be our realtor - whether we buy or sell!! Terri and Eric Dusch LJ Wilks is the best realtor! She had extensive knowledge about each of the school systems, local restaurants, neighborhood "vibe" and sports and extracurricular activities. It was really impressive. Not only did LJ know the market extremely well, but her knowledge of the opposing br... read more
