Totally bad experience with L&J Roofing and Contracting, LLC. They proved through their work that they are truly unprofessional and worthless. Stay away from like thsi type unprofessional company.
I regret hiring this company for gutter installation. They rescheduled multiple times without notice, causing inconvenience. The workmanship was poor, with uneven alignment and visible gaps between sections. Water now pools near the foundation because the slope was not corrected. The crew did not clean up properly after finishing. Despite promises of a warranty, they have not responded to my follow-up messages. It was a waste of money.
I hired this roof repair company after a storm, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. They arrived late, didn’t communicate schedule changes, and left debris all over my yard. The repair itself was sloppy, and I noticed leaks again after the next rain. Customer service was unresponsive when I called about the issue. I expected professionalism and quality work, but unfortunately received neither.
A year later and we are still waiting for the work to be finished. Talked to a subcontractor and they haven't been paid yet. J&L didn't even pull their own permits. We had to. They refuse to fix work they did wrong. They want us to pay a "maintenance fee" for them to come out and fix it. Horrible and rude communication by Lexi. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to use them.
