Had a leak in my kitchen and reached out to Joel with L&J. Communication was fantastic and when he did come out, he found I had some shingles missing. He repaired the spot free of charge. Very friendly and hard working!

I regret hiring this company for gutter installation. They rescheduled multiple times without notice, causing inconvenience. The workmanship was poor, with uneven alignment and visible gaps between sections. Water now pools near the foundation because the slope was not corrected. The crew did not clean up properly after finishing. Despite promises of a warranty, they have not responded to my follow-up messages. It was a waste of money.
I hired this roof repair company after a storm, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. They arrived late, didn’t communicate schedule changes, and left debris all over my yard. The repair itself was sloppy, and I noticed leaks again after the next rain. Customer service was unresponsive when I called about the issue. I expected professionalism and quality work, but unfortunately received neither.
