Chris is a man of all words and no action. Firstly make an expression of interest inquiry and hear nothing back. Then he is 15+ mins late to the inspection. Says he will send a contract and hear nothing. Minimum effort this early on is a huge red flag, will find somewhere else. He does not seem to want to sell the clients property!! Quite strange as that is what the client pays for!
YOU STILL OWE ME MY BOND MONEY. I moved out of my apartment on Dec 31st 2023 and I’m still waiting for my bond payment to be processed!
