No correspondence, lovely on the phone if you catch them but never reply to emails or return calls or messages. I missed out on 2 open homes having been given incorrect information. Obviously they couldn’t care less about tenants. As a homeowner myself I would not use them to lease or sell my property.
Stayed in a holiday property recently and was able to rebook for 12months time which was fantastic to hear. They were able to sort it out for me despite my troubles with technology. Very happy with friendliness of the staff
